Ad network managing 3-5 publishers needed individual dashboard access with secure logins. Manual reporting was taking hours each week and creating bottlenecks.
Built custom login portal with master Looker Studio dashboard and Google Sheets integration. Each publisher gets their own secure login to view only their performance data—completely automated.
Eliminated 10+ hours of weekly manual reporting. Client can now onboard new publishers in under 10 minutes. Semi-automated system pulls data directly from Google Sheets for real-time updates.
